Summit Acquires PoCo Energy Group
Addition of Dallas, Texas-Based Company Enhances Regional Presence

Summit Energy Services, Inc., a leading privately held energy management
firm, today announced it has acquired PoCo Energy Group, based in
Dallas, Texas. PoCo Energy Group, founded in 2000 by Carlos Ruffino,
serves commercial and industrial clients with sites across the state
of Texas.
Summit is one of the premier energy management companies in the world,
managing more than $12 Billion in energy spend through its global
staff of 230 energy professionals. With this key acquisition, Summit
enhances its regional footprint, adding more than 600 sites under
management and approximately 60 clients. Summit now has four North
American offices and five offices in Europe.
